A decent size and nicely furnished hotel unit in superb condition.

Everything was good and the staff was super-friendly.

Clean and brilliant accom with great location close to a lovely beach and the communal areas. A special mention to the very-very nice staff from the maids.

Fabulous food and free soft drinks. Great-sized units with a large terrace. Location: unbeatable and magnificent, near to the beautiful, clean, huge beach, and clubs and bars.

The room we booked was top quality and brand-new with views into the distance, big balcony, a modern bathroom as advertised.

The service was very efficient with parking on-site. Location: the hotel was near to Playa de Muro beach, trucks and Calle de Mallorca.

Generally, the place was pleasant and had very, very nice staff from the maids. The rooms were spotlessly clean with big balcony, a modern bathroom, as for instance. The hotel had a marvellous position, close to everything that you need.

The rooms were a decent size and view on the sea was magnificent. The hotel's position was particularly good and fab, near the sea. Moreover, it was really close to the center of playa del Muro, a great beach and many good restaurants, and Picafort or Alcúdia.

We loved the convenient location, just a short walk to the hospital, beach, and shops. The staff, especially the receptionists, were friendly and helpful. The food selection was delicious and the room with a balcony was perfect for us. We'll definitely be returning!

We felt so welcomed during our stay, we have no reason to complain.

We all our family members have enjoyed & relaxed so mach. This hotel is value for money for all aspects - like location, conformt, food and so on.

I would have classed plus the lost coachthis hotel as good to excellent in all cases.service, efficiency,freindliness & helpfulness etc except for one teririble error by the reception staff which ruined our holiday. We had preordered a coach to take us to the airport at 12 noon.We checked out at 11.45 & were told to wait outside for the coach.It had not arrived by 12.30.the same receptionist phoned the coach company who said the time the time had been changed & the coach had the coach had called at 11.20 waited 5 minutes ,then left without us.Because of the time factor we were forced to take qa taxi which cost us £75.00 (plus £12.00 coach fare) On checking with the coach company at the airport, we discovered that the coach company"s driver had arrived at 11.20, waited 5 minutes outsside then went to the hotel reception found we were not there,left his card & left. When we checked out 11.45 the coach had been & gone. The receptionist who had been on duty all morning, knew our room number, & that we had not checked out, but had done nothing to cotact us, nor told us that the coach had come 7 gone without us. Had he done so we could have gone by bus. Instead he told us to wait outside the hotel & and it was nearly an hour before he cchecked. He must have known that the coach had come & gone because the coach driver had left his card at reception. Apart from the money loss. the stress caused (we are both 80 years old & not in good health ruined our holiday. Peter Norey

location: the hotel was not far from the restaurant, js alcudi mar for 6 nights with the family and the sandy beach.

New-fashioned and top-class units with our luggage's. Nice restaurant and outstanding meal.

Its location next to the heart of Playa de Muro is perfect and excellent. What's more, it's 300 metres from Playa de Muro.

Excellent beach location with shops and transport nearby. Clean rooms and common areas. Friendly staff, especially the waitress serving the outside area during breakfast and dinner. Nice breakfast options, including English breakfast and crepes. Great pool and close proximity to the beach. Very clean rooms, with an intensive cleaning service and fresh towels. Helpful and welcoming front desk personnel. Good value for money at the hotel bar, with helpful and polite bartenders/waiters. Convenient location for bicycling, with a warm-up distance before reaching the hills.
